Filtration Plates

Our filtration plates and vacuum manifolds have
been designed for cell harvesting, DNA separation, binding
studies, sample clean up and other general filtration
applications. Samples up to 5 ml may be processed, providing a
cost effective solution to high throughput filtration
applications.
The plates are available with a variety of
application optimized filters including glass fiber,
nitrocellulose, PVDF, nylon and polyethylene. Each well of the
plate has an individual fileter with supports located below to
in-crease flow rate. 96 or 48 samples may be filtered
simultaneously, increasing productivity. The plates are
manufactured to proposed SBS industry standards, allowing them
to be integrated into automated liquid handling systems, further
enhancing productivity.
Two manifolds are available. The robust acrylic
manifold features a valve assembly with and adjustment knob for
fine control over the vacuum. The other manifold, molded from
HIPS, allows the filtrate to flow through the manifold to be
collected in a trap. Meet SBS standards
